Tara Coe, a proud Georgia native, made a life changing decision to move to Pawleys Island, South Carolina over 10 years ago. A tough decision that she is very happy she made. She has since placed her roots in Conway, South Carolina, however has knowledge of all areas of the Grand Strand, as well as surrounding rural communities. She has an extensive background in accounting and business management, and specializes in cost reduction. She is a preservationist, an ‘old home person,’ and truly values and connects with all things historical. She enjoys music, interior design, property renovation/restoration, and showing clients the best the Grand Strand has to offer. She is laidback, easy going, grounded in her faith, and upholds herself to the highest standard of honesty, morals, and values.
