James "Jamie" A. Beard Jr.

Origins take Jamie back to Camden, South Carolina, but Pawleys Island has been home for more than 20 years. Having a passion for the real estate business and the South Carolina coast, combined with a true interest in helping others has helped define his real estate career. After graduating from Clemson University in 1995 Jamie met his wife Nancy, a native “Pawleys Islander” and they lived and worked in Columbia, SC. After a couple of years the coast was calling and in 1999 they moved to Pawleys Island and Real Estate became a natural fit. After being a top producing individual agent for many years Jamie began to carefully build a team of like minded agents. The Jamie Beard Team has become the top producing Real Estate Team of the Pawleys Island/ Litchfield Beach MLS area year after year. Jamie believes the team’s success is due to a combination of hard work and a deep passion to do an outstanding job for our clients. Jamie says, “The key is really listening to our clients and developing a strategy for success based on honesty and integrity.” Real Estate doesn’t always bring spare time, but when it does he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and three daughters. Jamie also enjoys serving on several non-profit boards, at his Church and around the Community.
