You have worked hard for this.... and so will I
I have been an active realtor in South Carolina since January 2019 and presently represent “The Litchfield Company/Chistie’s International Real Estate” in Pawleys, Georgetown and surrounding areas in SC. I enjoy understanding and working with my customers/clients, and completing each unique process. My Motto of “You have worked hard for this…. and so, will I” is truly what I mean. I currently have a real estate SWAT certificate and have been through Ninja Training with The Litchfield Company. I initially came to the area for a vacation home, then as a home investor, and now in Georgetown as a permanent resident. The love of beaches, water, warmth and sun lured me, and I enjoy the slower pace of life with my husband and rescue fur babies. I am actively involved with “The Yellow House Ministries”, Samaritans Purse for the Christmas boxes for children throughout the world, the choir, Indigo Choral group, and the Living Christmas Tree singing group. I enjoy visits from family and friends, crafting, fishing, reading, RVing, and volunteering in community events. I was raised on a small farm in Stafford Virginia, was an active member of 4-H and church, and continue to embrace the morals of goodness, family and caring. I graduated from Ferrum College in Virginia with an Associates in Arts, from Mary Washington College (now The University of Mary Washington) in Fredericksburg, VA with a Bachelors in Sociology; and a teaching certificate for Sociology and Geography. I later graduated from Strayer College with a Bachelors in Accounting and I co-owned a HVAC company for 40 years. I have personally and professionally been involved with rentals, the buying, the selling, and the remodeling for residential and commercial investments properties and new construction for more than 20 years. I understand the real estate aspects from being on the receiving side with a realtor, and now as being a professional realtor. My realtor skills are enhanced from the experience and perspective of both sides. I empathize with the real estate involvement; the frustrations, excitements, apprehensions and the “ah…. moment” when you move in, or sell. I value your trust in me and sincerely attempt to surpass the realtor expectations by understanding and working with you as my customer/client, in completing each unique process. Let me be your guide and resource agent in this wonderful area. My Motto, “You have worked hard for this…. and so, will I” is truly what I mean.
