Shayne Matthews

A graduate from Coastal Carolina University, Shayne Matthews comes to the real estate business with a background in sales and interior design. Shayne owned a design business for eight years before joining Lachicotte in 2012 and turning her excitement for real estate into a full time career.

Shayne and her husband raised their two children in the Pawleys Island area. Their son served in the Marines after high school and now resides in Richmond, Va. Their daughter graduated from the College of Charleston and currently resides in Boston. In 2013 her husband received a corporate transfer to the Wilmington area where Shayne was a REALTOR® for six years. She is thrilled to be back in the Lowcountry and with Lachicotte serving this very special community. In Shayne’s spare time she enjoys tennis, renovating properties, reading, and volunteering.
