Kathy has over 17 years of real estate experience specializing in luxury residential real estate as well as development and commercial sales. A native of Indianapolis, IN, Kathy and her husband Dean moved to Pawleys Island 29 years ago where they have raised their two children, Garrett and Rowan. Kathy has a love for baking, arts, thrift shopping, refurbishing furniture, and spends most of her free time on the water.
