Russell Hays

Russell’s interest in real estate goes back to his childhood. After Russell’s father retired from the military, he had a career of over thirty five years as a Realtor®. Russell enjoyed visiting his father’s office and many open houses as a child. Russell’s background includes retail sales and management. An interest in photography, starting in high school, eventually led to the position of store manager with Wolf Camera and Video. As changes in the photography field led to many camera stores closing, Russell decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Russell was able to work with his father for the last few years of his father’s life.

Russell has lived in the Carolinas the majority of his life. After marriage to his wife, Dana, a decision was made to move to the Myrtle Beach area in 2007. Russell lives near Market Common and has witnessed the growth of the area up close and personal, Russell is very knowledgeable of the local area and has a good understanding of what buyers want and need in this market. Russell enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog Reagan, including walks and bike rides in the beautiful Myrtle Beach area they are so blessed to call home.
