After attending college at Coastal Carolina University he made a move to Fairhope, Alabama, where he lived for about 3 years. This is where he started his real estate career. However, his roots and strong connection to the Grand Strand of South Carolina called him back to his hometown in 2021.

With a diverse background in real estate, Tyler currently possesses two active licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina. He also accrued two years of invaluable experience in New Construction Sales, having worked with esteemed homebuilder Mungo Homes. His expertise in this area allows him to provide specialized guidance to clients seeking new construction homes.

In May of 2023, Tyler took another significant step in his personal life by marrying his wonderful wife, Brooke English Guy. This brought him closer to the Pawleys Island community and encouraged him to join The Litchfield Company. Together, they share a deep commitment to serving their local community.
