David has resided in this area since 1984. He has been a real estate Broker for over 20 years and was a real estate attorney (retired) for 37 years. The South Carolina low country is one of the most desirable areas in the country and David's wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate market makes him well qualified to help you sell your home or find you a home in this lovely and historic community. Buying and selling a home is a complicated process, however as an attorney David has closed over 7,500 transactions which gives him the ability to simplify the process and answer any questions you may have. David has been invested in this community through his representation of thousands of local individuals and business and various non profit organizations and churches. He is currently a board member of the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind, the Ashley G Charitable Foundation and Carolina Human Reinvestment. He attends Pawleys Island Community Church, has four children, and resides with his wife Kitty in Pawleys Island.
