Rick joined The Litchfield Company in 2005 with over 29 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience. From his experiences running a successful small manufacturing company to selling new development real estate on the southern part of the SC coast, he refined his great love for people and tremendous insight and empathy in helping buyers and sellers reach their goals.
His time with the Litchfield Company includes both sales and management positions and he is currently the Training Director for the company & Sales Manager in our Litchfield main office. Rick's family resided in Litchfield Beach for more than 35 years before he, his wife Lauren and 2 sons moved to the coast from Atlanta in 2002. Their love for the coast has given each of them a true appreciation for all the wonderful lifestyle experiences the Waccamaw Neck has to offer. Both boys are graduates of Waccamaw High School and College of Charleston, love the water and all the coastal lifestyle has to offer. Wife Lauren retired last year after 27 years as a special ed teacher and department chair.. Lauren & Rick are active members of Christ the King Anglican Church and live in Litchfield Plantation. Rick is a Georgia Tech graduate and currently serves in different volunteer capacities and his church. The Bruce’s cannot imagine a more inviting place to live and raise a family.
