A native of Florence, South Carolina, Steve Chapman moved to the beach and has been a salesman with The Litchfield Company since 1986 and holds a G.R.I designation. Steve resides on the Waccamaw River in Pawleys Island. He enjoys boating, fishing and swimming and feels that his passion for the area helps him welcome newcomers to the area.
