Debbie Hammond was born and raised as an upstate girl in Spartanburg, SC. After years of vacationing in Pawleys Island as a child, it wasn’t a very difficult decision to move to the coast after graduating from college.

Debbie has spent her entire 30+ year career selling real estate on the Waccamaw Neck, the majority of which has been with The Litchfield Company. Debbie is arguably one of THE best multi-million-dollar agents in the area. “Pawleys has been either my primary or second home my entire life. Our family history runs deep here, and the memories are irreplaceable. My grandfather purchased his first property on Pawleys Island in 1944 and my family still owns the home that he built on the south end in the 1950's.
