Cathryn "Calee" Lee Evans
At a time when Ocean Highway was only two rural lanes and most of the roads in Pawleys Island were still unpaved, Calee’s grandparents, Lt. Col. and Mrs. Pat Barbati, retired to Litchfield from Washington, D.C. Falling in love with the area, several of the children soon followed and Calee grew up exploring the beaches, rivers, and creeks of the Waccamaw Neck.
After graduating from the College of Charleston, Calee returned to Pawleys Island and decided to use her knowledge of the area to help families find the homes of their dreams on the beautiful South Carolina coast.
In her off time, Calee enjoys spending time with her daughter Cece, and her husband Scott, who is the co-founder of a law firm in Georgetown.
