About G R "Royce"

The executive director serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Litchfield Company Real Estate and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of TLCRE. Together, the Board and Executive Director assure TLCRE's relevance to the community, the accomplishment of TLCRE's organizations' mission and vision, the accountability of TLCRE to its diverse constituents, to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.

Royce’s personal goals and priorities of God, family, and work provide both motivation and inspiration for his success and natural leadership.

Royce is an active member in the community outside the office. He has served on the board of Palmetto Heritage Bank. He has served on the board for the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and the Pawleys Island Litchfield Business Association. Royce achieved his B.S. from The Citadel, and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Toledo. He is a U.S. veteran of the Vietnam conflict, having served as a Hospital Corpsmen in the U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps.

Royce has been married to his wife, Stephanie for 48 years. They have two daughters and seven granddaughters.
