She is very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods. We gave Karen our criteria of what were were looking for in a home and neighborhood. Karen definitely went out of her way to find us the right home in the right area. Karen was extremely patient with us and went above and beyond answering questions such as; which utilities were available with all the contact information. I have used 3 different agents and would like to note that 2 of them (one is no longer with the company) and Melanie are the best experiences that I have had. The timing of when I put my Condo up for sale may have not been prime time and it was over the holidays as well, so it was very slow. Melanie came out of the gate with a charge and had wonderful ideas, did all she could do with vigor and smile. Our contract was coming to an end and unsure what plans I was going to have and yet, on the last day a very great surprise came, and Melanie teamed up to bring that One couple that the Condo was a perfect fit for. She fished that line and wouldn't let go! She has been remarkable through my process both professionally and personally. She truly has a heart of gold and will do anything it takes to help make the deal happen. I would use her again in a heartbeat!
