I have used the Litchfield company several times during the past 4 years living in Pawleys Island. I have used 3 different agents and would like to note that 2 of them (one is no longer with the company) and Melanie are the best experiences that I have had. The timing of when I put my Condo up for sale may have not been prime time and it was over the holidays as well, so it was very slow. Melanie came out of the gate with a charge and had wonderful ideas, did all she could do with vigor and smile. Our contract was coming to an end and unsure what plans I was going to have and yet, on the last day a very great surprise came, and Melanie teamed up to bring that One couple that the Condo was a perfect fit for. She fished that line and wouldn't let go! She has been remarkable through my process both professionally and personally. She truly has a heart of gold and will do anything it takes to help make the deal happen. I would use her again in a heartbeat!
