David has resided in this area since 1984 and has a great knowledge of the local market. He has been a real estate Broker for over 18 years and has over 37 years of experience in the real estate industry. The South Carolina low country is one of the most desirable areas in the country and David's wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate market makes him well qualified to help you sell your home or find you a home in this lovely and historic community. Buying and selling a home is a complicated process, however with his experience, David has the ability to simplify the process and answer any questions you may have. David has received the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation. The ABR Designation stands for the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation through training, education and resources. David also has the Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA) certification which signifies education and competence in pricing homes which is of importance for both buyers and sellers in the real estate sales process. David has been invested in this community through his business connections representation of thousands of local individuals and business and his work with various non profit organizations and churches. He is currently a board member of the Ashley G Charitable Foundation, Hailey's Homes of Hope and Carolina Human Reinvestment. He was formerly a board member and officer of several other non-profit organizations and for 12 years was a board member of the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind. He attends Pawleys Island Community Church, has four children, and resides with his wife Kitty in Pawleys Island.
