Deborah “Debbie” Pelasara
I began my real estate career over 20 years ago in Virginia, listing and selling land surrounding Washington Dulles Airport and marketing estates in and around Leesburg, Virginia for Mt. Vernon Realty. Mt. Vernon Realty then relocated me to Siesta Key, Florida, to manage their newly created property management division. What an amazing experience living in Siesta Key!
I moved to Pawleys Island in 2007 and began my South Carolina real estate career. My true passion in real estate is marketing. I enjoy assisting first time home buyers and helping seniors downsizing or purchasing second homes – walking my sellers and buyers through the purchase and selling process with little stress.
When I am not in my car…. You can find me walking my pup Mickey on the beach or painting landscapes of our beautiful Pawleys Island beaches.
